Today, I have another round of drugstore favourites to share. My last drugstore favourites post was pretty much prehistoric so it seemed a good time to share a new selection of favourites. This post features a subtle but gorgeous highlighter, a pigment packed blush and a lovely, technologically advanced B.B. cream.
The Wet N’ Wild Colour Icon Bronzer in Reserve Your Cabana is very inappropriately named because it is much too light to be worn as a bronzer. However, as a subtle highlight, it is beautiful. If you think shades like theBalm Mary-Lou Manizer and Kevyn Aucoin Candlelight Celestial Powder are a little too obvious and shimmery, you will LOVE this one by Wet N’ Wild. The powder is incredibly smooth and provides just the most perfect glow, especially for those who are worried about emphasizing pores or looking shiny (I’ll let the swatch speak for itself). Also, talk about value because for $4.49, you get an intense amount of product!
Milani Rose D’Oro Baked Blush is a lovely rose gold mineralize blush. I have a soft spot for mineralize products because of the gorgeous veining that accompanies them and the soft rose gold tones in this product does not disappoint; in the pan or on the face. These Milani Baked Blushes are incredibly pigmented and blend out seamlessly. Also, Milani has come out with some matte versions of their baked blushes so keep an eye out for those because they are seriously stunning.

L’Oreal Magic Skin Beautifier B.B. Cream is another one of my BB cream picks from the drugstore. This is a great BB cream because it provides superb coverage and pretty good staying power. Between this one and the fore mentioned Garnier BB Cream, this might have to be my top pick because it lasts a little longer on my oily skin. The interesting thing about this BB Cream is that the product comes out white and little pigment spheres break to release a tint. For this reason, I like applying it with my fingers to evenly distribute the colour.
